What Is The Difference Between Eau de Parfum (EDP), Eau de Toilette (EDT), Eau de Cologne (EDC) and Eau de Senteur (EDS)? 

Eau de Parfum - is a higher concentration of perfume that can last between 4 and 6 hours.

Eau de Toilette - is less concentrated and lasts between 3 and 4 hours.

Eau de Cologne - cologne has the least concentration and can last up to 3 hours.

Eau de Senteur - is alcohol free; a natural fragrance with no synthetic ingredients especially for babies and children up to 36 months of age.

Can You Deliver to Other Countries?

Yes of course we can deliver to countries of the European Union, although you will need to confirm the price with us first at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Approximate delivery costs are €25 however this will always depend on the weight of the package.

Can You Order Brands or Perfumes You Do Not Have On The Web? 

Yes certainly in some cases we can, as long as the item you want has not been discontinued and we are not in peak sales season. We will do everything we can to get you the perfume you want.

Can I Change, Modify or Cancel My Order?

We send the orders as soon as payment has been confirmed so it arrives promptly. There is no guarantee that we can modify or cancel the order once your order has been confirmed. If your order is PENDING it cannot be modified or cancelled because the order has already gone to the warehouse for preparation. If your order indicates SENT the courier already has your order.

Why Have Some of My Goods Arrived Unsealed?

This is totally normal, not all products are sealed by the manufacturer (some Hugo Boss masculine fragrances, some Clinique cosmetics, some Calvin Klein fragrances such as ONE or BE can be unsealed) - all of our products are 100% genuine.

What Happens If A Product Is Out of Stock?

Remember, a product in your basket doesn't mean that it's reserved so it could be out of stock when your confirm your order. In this case, click on the yellow triangle underneath the perfume you want to order, fill in your details and we will let you know as soon as it is back in stock.

Is Your Website Located in Spain?

Yes it is, our offices are located in Paterna-Valencia, although all products are sent from our warehouse in Barcelona. We are not affiliated nor associated with any other shop or outlet on the internet.

How Many Times Can I Use a Promotional Code?

Only one promotional code can be used per order. The promotion has a limited time of use which is indicated on the publicity banner of our home page.
